The Role
As a Senior Software Engineer at Iqidis, you will join our dynamic team to build and scale a platform that’s reshaping the legal industry. Collaborate closely with former BigLaw attorneys and other cross-functional experts to create tech-forward solutions that streamline complex legal workflows. What You’ll Be Doing
- Design & Develop: Build and maintain reliable, performant features for the Iqiidis platform, ensuring it can handle the growing user base of attorneys across various specialties.
- Problem-Solve & Innovate: Tackle complex engineering challenges in real-time, iterating on solutions that allow lawyers to do in minutes what once took days.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work with product managers, legal experts, and other engineers to implement features that truly revolutionize legal workflows.
- Guide & Mentor: Share best practices, lead code reviews, and help cultivate an environment of continuous learning.
