We’re looking for a Customer Success & Implementation Manager who can seamlessly onboard new legal clients, drive adoption of our AI platform, and provide ongoing, high-touch support.

Our platform streamlines drafting, research, and complex workflows so attorneys can do in minutes what once took hours. We’re growing rapidly but remain lean, focusing on building impactful features and delivering immediate ROI for our clients.

The Role
As a Customer Success & Implementation Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for our new and existing customers—leading everything from onboarding and workflow configuration to ongoing support and user training. You’ll collaborate closely with our engineering team and ex-BigLaw attorneys to ensure every user, from solo practices to mid-sized firms, sees clear, sustained value.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding & Implementation: Guide new customers through initial setup, tailoring Iqidis features to fit their existing workflows.
  • Ongoing Training & Support: Offer product demos, resolve customer questions, and run training sessions to drive adoption.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor usage metrics, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose feature enhancements to improve the user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing to share customer feedback and contribute to product roadmap decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships, ensuring strong renewals and fostering upsell opportunities.
