Business Development Manager

The Role
As our Business Development & Partnerships Manager, you’ll forge strategic alliances and expand our footprint within the legal sector. You don’t have to be a lawyer, but you should have experience working with lawyers—understanding their workflows, concerns, and the unique nature of the industry. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing, and our leadership team to identify key partnership opportunities, manage deal negotiations, and ensure successful, mutually beneficial collaborations.
What you will do
Identify & Engage: Source and evaluate potential partners—bar associations, legal tech vendors, or enterprise clients—to drive market reach.
Negotiate & Close Deals: Develop proposals, conduct negotiations, and finalize agreements that align with IQIDIS’s strategic goals.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term partnerships through regular check-ins, success tracking, and identifying new opportunities.
Market Intelligence: Stay on top of legal industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging technology to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate Internally: Work with product and marketing teams to ensure partner integrations and joint initiatives deliver tangible value for all parties.
